It's different for everyone, but I had major shock loss starting at 2 weeks and continuing for about a week. Very quick. Since then no major loss. From what I've read, shock loss can happen up until 4 mos after the procedure, but usually earlier. My scalp became irritated - maybe b/c I tried Rogaine for a few days (around days 8-11). Big mistake -- I have sensitive skin and I used the non-foam rogaine. I think that might have made my loss worse. Who knows. I hope you don't have any loss -think positively for now! Even after the Rogaine, my my scalp was red for about a month. Now it's healthier and some of the shock loss hairs seem to be starting to grow back. It took 6-7 weeks for all my grafts to fall out. Be patient!!! Yours WILL all fall out on their own in the shower, etc. Some rubbing is okay but be gentle.
It's very tough for me - the waiting process. I just hope that everything grows in okay.
