    The Day I started Propecia

    Just a bunch of pictures I took the day I took my first pill of propecia and started my diet plan to fight hair loss.

    Morning around 8am - 10am: Protein shake + 2 toast or oatmeal + Multivitamin + Plenty of water + 1mg Propecia

    Noon around 11 - 12pm: Tuna sandwich + Fruit + Plenty of water

    Afternoon( Preworkout ) : Fruit or powerade + Protein shake

    Post Gym: Protein Shake + 2x Stake or chicken breast + Multivitamin

    Early Evening: 4 - 5 Egg whites + 1 tbsp flaxeed oil

    Before bed: Casien Protein scoop + 1 tbsp Flaxeed oil
