22, pretty sure my crown is balding
I've been taking pictures of my crown, and it seems like it is starting to thin. I have my hair cut at a 2 right now, and the pictures are taken with a lamp on in the room. Please let me know what you think. I can also take more specific pictures if need be. I guess it's more destiny to be forever alone. =/

i personally think you are at the beginning of male pattern baldness. it has thinned around there, fortunately that area is the most responsive to treatment. though im not sure what to recommend for that area, perhaps propecia alone?? as i dont think its thin enough for minoxidil.

You have the same 'swirl' or 'spiral' pattern to how your hair grows out from the crown. It will appear to have a spot the size of a small button on the top when in fact its just your hair is moving in opposite directions from all sides.
My hair has had this pattern ever since I was a kid and from your photos it does look like overall thinning or male pattern baldness but you are NOT developing a bald spot . It just appears like it .
Go to a dermatologist or doctor to prescribe medication to stop your slow thinning and you should be fine.
Do you have have any pics of your frontal hairline ?
