Over-Harvested Donor Area or Shock Loss (Post-Op & 4 Months After)
Hey guys,
I got an 1800 graft FUE back in December. I shaved the sides down to a 2 originally and couldn't see any thinning or any evidence of work done. Then I went down a 2 and it seems a bit thin on the right side.
Just curious if it appears to be over-harvested or just shock loss and it needs more time? Hopefully it's the latter lol
BTW, don't be so hard on the cut lol there's a quarantine so it's not like I'm goin anywhere.
Thanks

It’s unlikely you’ve been over harvested with only 1,800 grafts, but the extraction pattern isn’t great. If they were spaced out a bit better, it wouldn’t look as bad. Give it a few months and should start looking better.
