Unhappy finasteride at 16.. no choice

    hey everyone

im totally screwed when it comes to genetics. moms hair is thin, dads bald, grandpas bald, uncles are bald, literally the entire generation of my family is bald lol. my hairline was messed up since i was born, but ever since I started working out the DHT increase has completely destroyed my hair.

I had a great life, everything was going as planned, now I can't go a day without thinking about my hair. I'm currently running 5% rogaine, going through the shedding phase... 200 hairs fall out daily.

my hair is getting so bad I want to start on finasteride. i dont care about the side effects. I NEED my hair.

TEMPLES 100% receeded, hairline back an inch, crown starting to thin. bare in mind im 16.. lol

If I don't get finasteride and eventually go bald I'm getting a hair piece. Money isn't a problem at the slightest. I will never accept a bald head.

    What do you guys think?

Honestly it doesn't look bad at all. But I do agree I see some thinning on front. I can't see anything at the crown and I doubt anyone else could either but we are often times our own worst critics. I don't think you should take propecia yet. Try to hold off until your 18. Stay on rogaine and add laser hat+nizoral shampoo. Chances are nothing is going to stop the loss but you might slow it down.
