Thinning sides or just bad in general?

Just started thinking about my sides recently, im not sure if it´s thinning or just how they are. Never had strong temple points, just baby hairs or very thinnish hair. And if it was balding would it not affect the hairline the same? I always thought that the hairline was the first to start to disappear if that was the case.... Can you guys say what you think on this matter?

Have not seen any special change just started to think about them.
