Default some shedding with root sheath

Hi there. At day 10/11 and as per docs instructions lightly shampooing hair which is no problem. Question is that mostly when damp some crusts slide right of the hair. Some of this happened in day 7. Some hairs individual and sets are coming out with the root sheath or pulp or plug. Looks like the same pulpy stuff around the hair that was implanted but now obviously not that wet but still stuck to hair. Is this normal? Always thought is was just the hair that shed and not the pulpy sheath that was inserted too.
