Does shedding thin strands of hair mean you're are balding?

Sometimes when I'm combing my hair or shampooing my hair I would shed mostly thick strands of hair, but I would occasionally find 3 or 4 stands that are thinner in diameter then the other strands. They don't look shorter, just thinner in diameter. Is this normal to sometime shed hair that is thinner then the rest or does it indicate you're going bald? I've posted in other forums showing my hair on my crown and hairline and everyone so far have said I'm fine. They say my hairline is like a Norwood 1.5 at worst. I also saw a hair restoration doctor in late 2018 that told me my hair was fine after he looked through it, I've sent picture on two occasions to a hair clinic that said I was fine and I also saw a dermatologist in the middle of 2019 that said my hair is fine. Am I losing my hair or is it normal to shed thin strands of hair every now and then?

I'm also 31 years old and Asian. Dad is balding, but it started in hist late 50's. Grandpa is balding, but he's 87. I never saw my grandpa on my mom side, but she told me that he had hair into his 60's when he died.
