Have I damaged the grafts? Or just the hairs?

Hey,

So on just day 3 post op I noticed a line of baldness had developed on the transplanted area. The following day another and now on day 5 a couple more.

I am worried I have been scratching the grafts out in my sleep. I also have another theory, which is that I am finding it hard to completely remove the lotion my clinic gave me from the scalp. It often remained on the scalp in sort of lines or streaks. It could be the case that once the lotion hardens on the scalp, it eventually falls away taking the hair with it, but not the graft.

Any opinions?
