Finasteride dosing hours

What happens if there is more than 24 hours in between finasteride doses?.* Like 25-35 hours? I take My dose every day at 14.30. Sometimes 1 hour earlier. what happens if i'm late one day and I take it several hours after 14.30?. And this begins to happen often?. when does it count as an missed dose.
