    yeah but I don't want to block 5AR... your body will eventually adjust to it so that's a bad long term solution

    finasteride is a good way to address the 5alpareductase imbalances, but the dosages/treatment frequency is overkill.

    5AR is fine.

    we need to find a way to inhibit DHT in a way like equol or SHBG that way your body could not build a tolerance to it so MPB would be effectively cured...
