Default Taking saw palmetto for a month?

Can taking saw palmetto for a month cause any health issues? I only plan to take it for a month to try it out but will my hair shed when I quit?

The extract (liquid gelcap) has been known to cause side effects in a minority of people, I myself experience them. They persisted for a bit after quitting. Just a heads up - not trying to scare you. I'd probably try the berry powder capsule first.

So you think the gel caps are stronger? How many mgs? And will the powder do the same as the gel caps?

The gel caps are definitely stronger. It's an extract of the plant as opposed to just grinded up berries. I know plenty of folks who have no problems on extract either, I'm just speaking from my own experience.

I say only use the liquid if you try it because its the only form that works at all. I dont think the powder does anything. At the end of the day though does SP help with MPB? I dont know, but if its doesnt whats the point. I still think your better off trying RU or maybe better a tiny dose of propecia which is proven to work verses SP with sides and not knowing what it might do. No one has any better idea of long term sides on SP then they do propecia.

Yea your right, are you going to stop SP when you start propecia? And also if I were to use CB then do you think it could make my hair go to shit if I had to stop using for any reason?

I agree with burtandernie, the liquid is the only one that works. However it can cause sides too, so really your risk versus reward ratio would probably be better with Propecia.
