A good friend of mine came by this past weekend, now I haven't seen him in about 6 months and his hair looked fuller so I asked him what his secret was and he said he started using Hairomega 3-in-1. He said he was very happy with the results it's giving him. Has anyone tried this?.

It's a bunch of vitamin and mineral supplements plus some unproven alternative remedies like Saw Palmetto.
It might help the quality of existing hair, but most likely does nothing to address genetic hair loss.
I notice some of the supplements in the formula contain 600-6,000% your daily value. I don't know whether or not that can pose health risks. If you're considering taking this product, you might consider asking a doctor first. (And keep in mind, if you're looking to treat hereditary hair loss, this product will not allow you to do that).

Hi Andrew51,
I checked this product out and there is nothing in the product that is legitimately proven to be helpful in treating hereditary hair loss. As mentioned above, using products such as this may be over dosing on some vitamins. This product is also very expensive. It is basically just an over priced bottle of empty promises and nothing more.
