    Default How bald am I?

My wife doesn't believe I have MPB.. just thin hair and the way my hair lays. But I think it's obvious I do have MPB, from the pattern of the thinning.

I've been on propecia for 4 years now, use Rogaine and laser comb. My brother is bald, as well as my father.

Are there any other treatments I should consider? Do I need a hair transplant?

I also don't see any signs of hair loss and certainly don't think you need a hair transplant any time soon. Have you noticed a recession in your hairline or diffuse thinning throughout? (I don't think either of those things are apparent in your photos but you know your own hair better than any of us).

You are being proactive and doing the right things, in taking Propecia and using Rogaine, which should help you maintain your existing hair for as long as possible. In the meantime, you have a great head of hair and certainly should TRY NOT TO STRESS!

My hair is thin pretty much all over, but because certain areas are thicker ( in the shape of MPB ) I've been stressing out.. and the doctor told me to take propecia.. which I have been for 3 years now.. and according to my wife, my hair hasen't changed.. so i'm praying I can keep what I got until HM comes out. Thanks for the replies.

Whats your problem mate? When i clicked on the link i expected a tale of woe - if i had that much hair, i would not be stressing. Enjoy it - you've got a hairline to be proud of
