Can CB-03-01 and Ru54881 be used in the same carrier?

I have both of these in powder form, I was wondering if they can both be put in the same carrier solution without compromising each other?

The problem with cb is that cosmo use a lab mixing device to make there solutions which would be too expensive for us to buy and use and that makes the ready home made solutions no good so ru58841 is still the product to use as its easy to mix in alchohol.
