This 35-year-old had hair loss similar to a Class 4v. His goal was to rebuild his hairline and add as much density as possible to the frontal 1/2 of his head.
Since the patient’s goal was well suited to his needs, we discussed his options and agreed on a surgical plan. I was able to dense pack 2,500 grafts into the frontal ½ of his head approximately 10cm back of the hairline.
There was a combination of 1, 2 and 3 hair grafts. All the singles were placed into his hairline. The results are displayed show his progression before surgery, after surgery, one-week post-op and one-year post-op. The patient is happy with his results.
