    Default 6 month update

    Attachment 59838 Looking a little better to me but maybe its wishful thinking. Been doing vigorous scalp massages 2x a day for 20 minutes to improve blood flow to scalp.

    Before trying any hair loss product. I strongly recommend that you must visit the dermatologist. He can suggest you better and can tell you the actual reason.

    I supplement vitamin k2 and iron. I think the most important thing has been doing the scalp massages. My scalp felt a weird tingle or burn frequently and it would almost kind of hurt to run my hand through my hair sometimes. That stopped about 2 and a half months into doing the massage 5x a week 20min 2x a day.

    Default 9 Months Update: 6 Months of Massage

    Attachment 61399 Hey guys, still doing my 20 min massage 2x a day 5x a week. I think I can see some real improvement now. Ive also started puting peppermint oil on my fingers before my nightly massage, not sure if this effects regrowth but it feels really nice. Let me know what you guys think of this pic. Thanks.
