Unless an emergency then I would suggest a custom made if only for colour matching. I find my supplier matches very closely.

I would definitely get a custom system. Reason is because if you go custom they should make a mold of the top of your head and the mesh of your hairpiece will fit like a glove. If you get a stock piece it won't fit perfectly, it will just approximate what most people's heads are shaped like. Then there will be small "air bubbles" under the mesh. You deserve something that fits perfectly, so go custom. You won't regret it, especially if you plan to sleep with it on (which I would avoid unless you have a "visitor").
Swiss lace is a great mesh-based system but like the other poster said, the hair is tied to the mesh, not "injected". Could be a mistake or maybe they don't know what they are talking about. Swiss lace is not super durable, it will need to be replaced in a matter of a few months, but it is very realistic. French lace is more durable, it can last 1-2 years, but you generally shouldn't comb the hair back (although some people say you can). Nevertheless generally French lace is less realistic, much more durable. Swiss lace the opposite. Let us know what you decided.
