Kobren researched & promoted FUE but not Gho - why?

Kobren himself admitted he was under a lot of resistance when trying to introduce FUE by many doctors.

He flew over to see Ray woods and his work in person.

And he worked hard to get HT Drs to look into fue , notably Dr Cole.

Why hasn't he shown the same level of enthusiasm with Gho? Given Dr Cole has shown an interest in gho.
