Except everyone can tell if you're balding anyway. I mean, how can spreading awareness be any more pathetic that baldness itself? It's not like you can pretend it away.
And do you think enough people are going to bother developing a cure or treatment for a condition (in time) when its crushing impact on a person's psyche isn't even recognized by the majority?

If they think it can make them hundreds of millions or billions of dollars than yeah, probably.

Nobody knows yet. Ignore anybody giving out dates because anything coming from anybody other than her (Gale) is pure speculation.

The guy isn't a sufferer of MPB

If I recall, in the interview she claimed that the area of that guys scalp was damaged by a burn in a car accident. So I don't think we should not use this in reference to MPB. Still yet though to grow hair over damaged scalp from a burn is still significant and impressive.

Can anyone tell me how Dht would not simply affect the new hair growth? Would these injections likely be an on going thing? Or would we have to still use minoxidil once the new hair has grown?

Exactly. So if your having to fly to another country to get the treatment, it's going to be one hell of an expensive process! It's all very well growing new hair, you have to be able to keep it!

Yup but it's going to be worth it

In the Hellouser/Gail Naughton interview she says it'll be a fraction of what a hair transplant costs. Plus, if it's available in Japan and Mexico then that's not a particularly expensive flight for many people.
