Default Website guide for exploring natural treatments

Long-time lurker, first-time poster...After 5 years of research and first-hand experience, I’ve learned a few things about hair growth treatments. Unwilling to mess with fin, rogaine, etc. at my age, I spent many nights researching alternative, health-based approaches.

So, here it is: I've shared what I DO know in the most user-friendly and simplest way I could think of: A website of supplements, topical applications, research publications, brands, and more. I hope this makes the hair loss journey easier for many of you.

Listed below are a few more treatments that I plan to add in the next days. Please comment if you think something has been missed – I will do the research
    • beta-Sitosterol
    • Krill Oil
    • Scalp wounding (i.e., dermastamping, dermarolling, etc.)
    • Boar-bristle brushing

    Good tips!
    • Fish Oil – that's now up there! (labeled Omega 3 Oils)
    • Biotin – Baldness can be one of many consequences associated with biotin deficiencies. There haven't yet been any studies that focus on biotin in those without a deficiency, but it is interesting nonetheless. I will add the section tonight.
    • Vit D – this is another one where benefits are far more likely in those with a deficiency. I will keep digging.
    • Brewer's Yeast – while there are no studies specific to brewers yeast and hair loss, it functions similarly to low-dose, natural multi-vitamins so the case can still be made. I'll start drafting a section on this topic.

Hairmetto is a natural product. Dunno if it works for the scalp but it's a great anal lube with all the natural oils in it. Check it out: http://hairmetto.com/index.html.

If u scroll to the bottom of the page you'll find a video with BaldTruthTalk user GroughBack's pics on their page.
