20 years old loosing hair.What could i use??

OK first and far most. I am loosing hair in the front. and receding hairline and a little thinning. :/.. I kno it is male pattern baldness because it runs in the family.!BUT on the bright side I am not even a norwood 2 ! lol more like a norwood 1/2 ...Ijust want to stop it before it gets any worse.
I wanted to ask anyone if 15% minoxidil &/or with Azelic acid will atleast maintain the hair I have on my hairline & head. or wat about topical spironolactone? ex.(s5 cream). because it can inhibit DHT..


And before you guys write on here, I dont wanna HERE no other drug recomendations besides the ones I put on here ! I dont wanna here Propecia, finasteride, dusterside, advart . ANY of that bull crap ! because I kno if i take it I would get Side effects. Hell I got side effects just from taking SAW PALMETTO. And thats suppose to be a natural dht blocker ! I didnt get a straight limp dick from it, but it wasnt as "hard" as it usually is !Im young....so I actually love and ENJOY my sex life!Unlike others, that complain that they have impotence and ED but yet theyre STILL on the meds.

SO **** propecia ! & all the other BS. because it all ALTERS your Hormones !

Minoxidil did a good job of reviving and maintaining my hairline although ultimately whatever was long gone was beyond help, thus I had a transplant in February.

Glad you're so sensible about drugs. Seems common sense is starting to prevail, although I just answered a question about offsetting finasteride side effects with Viagra.

yes I really do beileve in common sense lol, all I see on this board is propecia procerin etc ! Dude dont get me wrong, if I could take the drug without sexual side effects I truly WOULD. But like I said, im 21 and my sex drive is at its peak

I didnt wanna come on this board as an A__shole but people are so drawn to using these pills. Alot of people dont know is that when yu lower DHT propecia or saw palmetto "correct me if im wrong" more estrogen is allowed into your body when allows yu to have breast enlargement & more feminine qualilities.
I honestly felt like a bitch when I was on saw palmetto lol
Also you loose muscle mass. And if you workout it would be hard for you to get gains lol. My body physique is GREAT & im not up for the Bull crap pills
