Sharing to Garmin

Hello, I’m brand new to Echelon after receiving my bike today - I have search the web high and low to find out how to upload the spin session from echelon or Strava to my Garmin app and wants to know how to connect garmin to peloton, and all I seem to be able to find is how to link my activity from Garmin to Strava. Does anyone know if or how you upload an activity from Strava or Echelon to Garmin? Many thanks
