Fastest person to go bald...extremely depressed

I'm 28 and for most of my life I have had long thick curly long hair and shedding a lot of hair was always normal.

A year from now I noticed no issues with my hair......until last October I noticed my part getting wider. I started pulling out clumps of hair when combing and from October to now I have lost 50 percent of my hair. Now I have to comb my hair when I put in a pony tail or my scalp shows completely. My window's peak and hair line is disappearing every weem and the front of my head is itchy aND flaky like never before.

Is it normal to go bald this fast? How is it I can have a full head of hair and then 1 year later I am at the point of Considering shaving it all off.

I'm Considering rogaine and propecIA but the thought of taking it forever and side effects have me hesitant.

That does sound fast... but if you have truly lost 50% of your hair, by all means SEE A DOCTOR!

It's hard to advise you without any pictures but if you have actually lost 50% of your hair you should see a dermatologist. Losing hair that fast is pretty rare and could be caused by something other than your standard male pattern baldness.
