Help! I'm 18 years old and need advice!

Hi, my name is Dwayne and I am an 18 year old boy. I've been really self conscious about my hair and need advice. People have told me that they noticed a bald spot in my head since I was thirteen. The balding on my mom side is not that prominent. My dad, however, has very thin hair but still has hair all around. He is 49 years old but he definitely still has hair everywhere, it's just very thin, but it's not like he is bald. It's frustrating because I have friends with bald fathers but their hair is thick as ever at 18. My father still has a lot of hair but I'm thinning ever since 13 years old. I'm 18 years old and have a noticeable bald spot near the crown area but it seems like it's only going to the right side of my head. It goes from a bald line to a spot on the right side of my head where it is really thin. No signs of hairline recession whatsoever but my frontal seems a little thin but not too much. The first two picture I will send is a picture after the shower (already dried with a towel). The next three pictures is my hair in direct light after taking a nap. Is this definitive MPB? ( i also have premature graying of the hair )

To me that does look like MPB, you had it checked to confirm by a dermatologist Hairloss expert?

Just leave everything and move ahead to consult with an experienced hair transplant, hair restoration specialist as he/she can only resolve this issue.
