How much success should I expect combining finasteride, minoxidil and supplements

I’m 19 and I first started to notice thinning around my crown at the age of 16, I always had very thick and curly hair so it came as a surprise and I didn’t think it would progress any further.
My hair is still curly now however the crown thinning (and thinning in general) is getting worse and I’m looking to tackle the issue before it progresses. I will be taking finasteride, using minoxidil foam (5%) and taking biotin, flaxseed and zinc supplements.
Below are some pics of my hair, I recently started parting it as I’m planning on growing it out long and my fringe started to get in my eyes. The pictures below were taken the morning after I wore a hat on a summers day, my hair does normally look fuller after washing and letting it air dry, however the crown thinning is still very noticeable at least to me. I thought it would make sense to post my hair not at its best (not it’s worst though) for reference, it is also how my hair will have to be some days because it’s not healthy to wash it everyday.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated, I’m really hoping I have some success as I’m tackling it reasonably early (at least I think?) and I really do feel a loss of confidence from when I had a thick head of curly hair in my younger years. Thanks guys.
