Concealing redness

Hi all, I’m 3.5 weeks post-op everything seems fine. However shedding slow which I’m sure is fine but the redness underneath is still there. I’m finally back at work in a weeks time, and would like some suggestions on make-up that I can put on scalp just to cover the redness. Really not too keen on using hair fibres this early even though there are hair on top of it. I’ll attach some pics so you can see what I mean.
