37-year-old, Alopecia, Widow's Peaks (images)
37-year-old male, with:
a. Alopecia patch at the back of head
b. Widow's Peaks
c. Thinning right crown
d. Thinning center parting
Notes:
a. With long hair, the above points are hidden fairly well.
b. Brother, and mother's brother, and mother's father are bald.
Questions:
1. What do I take to repair the Alopecia patch? What are my chances?
2. If the other points (b, c, d) aren't addressed, what am I heading for or do they look stablised?

I assume you have seen a dermatologist to confirm alopecia? Your hair looks pretty good but if you are noticing loss then you should start propecia and rogaine. A dermatologist would be best option for the alopecia, I know they treat it with steroid creams but I think you need to be seen

I agree with @mrclean on this one. See a dermatologist for the alopecia. For the rest, like everyone else, drugs, rugs or plugs. Although... with alopecia, no decent HT surgeon would touch you. I also am not aware of the combined situation of taking meds for androgenic alopecia (MPB) and alopecia areata are counter-indicated. You need a doctor!

Appreciate the responses. Just got back from the doctor, and the recommendation for the Alopecia patch is use a steroid cream; been given Betnovate cream to try.
Going to focus on the Alopecia patch first, and then probably look into addressing the other areas later.
