Dr. Lindsey 1700 graft plug repair at 10 months
This fellow had had a relatively sparse minigraft transplant by a local doctor and he'd continued to thin significantly revealing the pluggy minigrafts and their sparse placement.
The patient has a huge potential for significant future loss and is on meds, but as you can see, his top and crown are continuing to thin.
Shown are periop pics, 1 month scar check and 10 months pics. Interestingly, he'd asked me NOT to address one particular area on the front, just to the left of midline. You will see that we didn't do any grafts in that area. When he called for his checkup he said he was happy except for one area...as it turns out it was the area he'd asked me not to address. I think we'll so a small FUE this spring to deal with that.
We cut out his old scar and his new one is pretty reasonable.
