I've been reading your threads for a year now and still can't figure out the best options.

I started using finasteride (1mg) for three months and I stopped yesterday, because my dermatologist told me to (severe itchiness in the neck and chest area).

Starting today, I only use Minoxidil 5% only in the morning, to prevent it from getting on my face at night (collagen destruction).

I want to amp up this regimen but don't know how ?

-Which DHT blocker (ru5 ...) can I test ?
-Hydrocortisone, is it legit ?
-Are serums with amino acids etc a good idea for my night routine ?
-Which anti hair loss shampoo and conditioner should I use ?

I want to maintain my hair, decrease my hair shedding every morning (around 100), and hope for regrowth.

Very open to everything that doesn't have physiological SE.
