birth control pills

I recently gave birth to my daughter. I was losing my hair before I got pregnant. While I was pregnant most of my hair came back. Now that my daughter is four months old my hair is falling out again and my scalp is starting to look like it use to before I had her. Is there a birth control pill I can take that will replicate the hormones I had during pregnancy and help my hair? I seem to lose my hair originally because I was switched to a generic form of ov con which I believe messed up my hormones. Thanks.
