If you're from the US I would keep an eye on the currency markets. No idea how this could effect you but your $ might go some distance in other countries even CAD

I think choosing a HT surgeon shouldn't be about money and about choosing the most qualified surgeon regardless of location. If someone had to nitpick on the few hundred dollar difference in exchange rate and money is really that tight, they shouldn't get a HT in the first place.
