HC hair loss kit

Hairclub have some bad reviews regarding their "hair system" solution they are providing. Recently, I came to know that they are providing hair loss treatment kit which include Minoxidil, Shampoo, Cleanser, conditioner and some sort of laser therapy to stop hair loss and regrowth. I couldn't find anything online except reviews on their website which looks fake so was hoping this forum might help as it is a very neutral place to get an opinion or suggestion. Anyone knows anything regarding this solution?
