Alternatives to minox and fin?
Hi, I have written this thread to ask you for advice!
- I am 19 years old and I began to lose my hair at 17 (therefore hair trasplant is not an option).
- I went to the doctor and she told me to take Minoxidil and it worked, but after taking it during two months, i began to notice some strange side effects like dizziness, tinnitus, hyperacusia, anxiety or ear pain... So I stopped using Minox and that symptoms disappeared.
- I have read that Finasteride causes other side effects which are very unpleasant too.
So I wanted to ask if there is an alternative which does not harm health. I have read about green tea, saw palmetto, pumpkin seed oil, nutritional supplements...
What do you think about them? Are they effective? Are they healthy?

Nothing else works. Fin and min or bald.
Sorry but that's just the truth.

If you lose your hair without at least trying finasteride you have no grounds to complain. It should be the first thing anyone tries. If you get side effects you can simply stop taking it.

You don't have to be on Minoxidil, but you should at least be on Finasteride or Dutasteride if you want to fight hair loss. By the way, I disagree with the above posters that there are no alternatives to Minoxidil. You can buy Neogenic and Adenovital. No, they are not as good as Minoxidil, but I do believe they work to some degree. If you are willing to go the extra mile and you have the funds, you could try mixing your own Bimatoprost or AHK-CU Copper peptide.

Ok, thank you very much for the advice!
I am going to look for Neogenic or Adenovital and see how it works!

There are endless alternatives to minox and fin. Your just going to broke, bald, and eventually die before you get a chance to try all of them. The endless fields of snake oil are a very real thing and many men get lost in them

A balanced diet of good nutritional value can help. A healthy lifestyle and low anabolic product intake can also help reduce further hair loss.
