Am I thinning/balding or just paranoid?

In I am balding, what level of the Norwood Scale am I on?

INFO:

On both sides of the family, most men are bald/balding.

I used to have a straight hairline, but now when I lift up my hair, the temples look thinner than they used to. I can see the skin and feel it when i touch the area.

If anyone needs to know, I'm a teen.

I may just be paranoid, but I need more opinions.

UPDATE: If it helps at all whenever i run my fingers through my hair 1-5 hairs will come out. I don't know the normal number.
