No - Minoxidil and a laser comb.

At the time, I went for a bit of a check up, to let them see how my procedure had gone and I was showing off my results to some of their potential clients. While I was there I met a couple of the Greek doctors who I had also met in Athens.

I still get told to stay away from anyone who practises in London, would you agree with that?
How does the laser comb work out for you. Do people get results from it, proven results, or is it a maintainer than a grower?
So you don't need to take propecia after a HT to keep the newly planted hair?

Not the newly planted hair, as it is DHT resistant. You still may lose you surrounding hair, however.

I'm not sure that I'm the best to comment on that really as I have only been to DHI in Lavrio. However I do know that their Greek doctors do travel to their clinics as required. If I ever needed any more sessions, I would not hesitate in visiting the DHI London Clinic as I know I could have a Greek doctor treat me.

Again, I've no expertise on how it works but it does seem to thicken the hair I have up over time - it normally takes around 2 weeks for me to notice the result. I don't use it all of the time however, unlike minoxidil, which I use every day.

I was advised that propecia would help my new hair in it's initial growth (and the overall percentage which takes) and result but because of the possible side effects, I chose not to use it.

Once the new hair is implanted, and it grows it's permanent growth. It's why it's sometimes sold as a lifetime investment.

To clarify - all my actual sessions were in the Lavrio clinic. I have also visited the London and Athens clinics but not for actual sessions.

A very good point! I waited a long time before having my sessions in the hope that I could avoid this happening to me. It still might and I'll just have to think about that if and when the time comes.

Maybe a yearly or bi yearly top up might be required in the years ahead.

I have had 5 days worth of treatment so far which is a lot of implanted hair.

In the meantime I'm just enjoying it as it is.

but you still have to use the Minox to keep what you have presumably?

Yeah, I'm still using it for a few reasons. I've been using it for years and there is still a bit of thin, fine hair left here and there in between the newly transplanted hair so for that reason, I keep on using it.

It does seem thinner if I stop using it for a while.

After I wash my hair in the morning I put it on top and it seems to help the density a little and also sits well without the need for gel.

I've spent a fortune on the stuff over the years and I do wish I could stop using it altogether. Part of me is afraid to stop using it completely.

Part of your concern is warranted, from what I hear.

Totally! Something with the benefits but none of the drawbacks.

If you want to send me a private message with your email address, I'll pass it on to the clinic manager and you guys can take it from there. You can get all their latest pricing and options.
