Here's a lady we hadn't seen in years who stopped by 10 years after we did a case on her.
Lots of patients ask what the hair transplant will look like when they get older...and I tell them that EVERYTHING gets skinner....skin, hair, nails....after you pass 70. So this lady, who started with pretty fine hair....is holding up well but her surrounding hair has thinned a bit more.
While she was interested in doing more work...I think the better choice for a patient her age with some health issues...is to hold tight. There is never a need to push the health envelope for cosmetic procedures in a person who already looks good.
