say what you will about Hitzig and his research, I love how he's open sourced his technique. Unlike Gho, who you have to pay a pretty penny to work with.

Yeah, the grafts Dr. Prasad implanted were really just for the video. The technicians and the doctor's assistant, Linda, did the recipient site creation and pretty much all the graft placement (as you could tell, much more quickly than Dr. Prasad lol) while Dr. Hitzig was preparing the Acell+PRP. Some of you may know Dr. Prasad's specialty is oculofacial plastic surgery.. not really hair transplantation. BTW, that's me getting the transplant... just thought I put that out there haha. I really have to say I had an absolutely terrific experience with this surgical team. They were all very experienced, professional, knowledgeable and prompt- also just enjoyable to be around.

Wait you let this unexperinced Boob Enlarger transplant Grafts for show? One question are you out of your mind or something. In a condition where every graft counts you let an unexperienced plastic surgeon do this for show?

Even with hair multiplication directly at hand i wouldnt let anybody touch my head who has not Experience, even if they give me a discount on my procedure. I am assuming they gave it to you

Who says Dr. Prasad is unexperienced??? Or a "boob enlarger" for that matter? I'm pretty sure I said that he is an oculofacial plastic surgery specialist... never heard of him doing breast augmentation (maybe I'm wrong). Anyway... Dr. Prasad is perfectly qualified as a surgeon and performed the injections and then placed only a few grafts for the video and then left it up to hands of those who have been working together for many years to become the efficient working unit that they are. The Dr.'s assistant, Linda, has over thirty years of experience and I'm sure that if she felt that any of the grafts weren't placed with utmost care that she would have corrected them, but it's completely ignorant of you to say that Dr. Prasad isn't qualified to the highest degree and fully capable placing grafts properly, especially since you know nothing about the guy, nor have you ever met him. Sure, I'm glad he didn't perform the whole procedure since he would have been interfering with the efficiency of the team of technicians where his presence isn't really necessary, but I would never doubt his skill as a surgeon. Perhaps your reaction is partly my responsibility. Maybe I shouldn't have used the phase "for show"... I don't know. Dr. Prasad is eminent world-wide for his work specifically in oculofacial plastic surgery and in no way does that indicate that he isn't perfectly qualified to perform a hair transplant nor does it indicate his level of skill in performing other procedures such as rhinoplasty, etc. It only means what I said: he is HIGHLY recognized for his work in oculofacial plastic surgery.

Now that I've wasted my time responding to unsubstantiated slander, does anyone actually have any constructive comments or questions? I'd be happy to answer any question.. I'm in the same ****ed up situation everyone else is here. I want this nightmare to end. I'm only ****in 22 years old for God's sake and I started losing hair like crazy when I was 17. Thankfully, the hairloss industry finally holds some promise for the near future.

You are 22 and i assume you got a strip procedure done right?

If you really want to end this "nightmare" you should have considered, that even when you got all your hair back, you will still have something to adress, and this is your scar.

Congratulations my friend, it seems you fall for a marketing stunt. Right now i can assure you that there is nothing like a magic PILL to end it all.

Hey man, glad to see you survived! If I could make a suggestion, it's best to flat out ignore the negative comments. This back-and-forth bickering can go on for days and is really annoying. I understand Richard's concern but still.

    I do have some questions:

    1) Why did Hitzig use different concentrations of acell? Why not just use a strong concentration for the entire scalp? Would that have been too expensive?

    2) Was this fue or fut?

    3) How many grafts was your session and to which parts were they transplanted?

    4) How long ago was the session? How's your recovery going?

    5) Are from NYC or did u travel there?

    Thanks!
