26M crown thinner, help with Regime

Hello all. I found this forum about 2 weeks ago and have been reading around since then. I also introduced my story about 1 week ago in the other section.

Anyways, last Friday I saw my doc and my blood test results came in and all was good. So we basically ruled all out but Mpb. My doc prescribed me 1mg Propecia daily and this will be my 3rd day on it. I have also picked up Nizoral shampoo which I have so far used once but plan to keep using it with my regime. My question is should I give Propecia/Nizoral few months before jumping on Rogaine?
I understand the "BIG 3" work best but I have read some great success stories with people of Propecia alone on here and on ************.

Anyways thoughts? I could always add it into my regime later, but don't want it to be one of those things where I have lost out on few months because I didn't jump the big 3 train asap.. also should i look into proscar over propecia in the future as I hear it is cheaper and comes in a 5mg tab, thanks
