18 year old here wondering if I should see a doctor.

Just your typical 18 year old freaking out that he could be going bald. I attached an image from when I was young, where my hairline appears to have a similar shape to the one I have now. My mother’s convinced that that’s proof that I have nothing to worry about, and I don’t even bring up the whole hair loss conversation with her anymore because she usually just laughs at me and says I’m overreacting. There really isn’t that much hair on my pillow, maybe 4-5 strands when I wake up. Sometimes there’s hair in the shower but it’s never been anywhere near enough to clog the drain. So whadda ya think, mature or is there some MPB going on? My dads 50 and still has a decent amount of hair on the top, but I’ve been told my maternal grandfather was balding.
