Required hair denisity?
I'm 30 years old and I have been suffering from MPB for around 10 years, whilst using propecia for the last 5 years. I'm now at a stage where my temples have almost completely eroded and I have been shortlisting surgeons to carry out a hair transplant and restore my hair line.
A recent quote suggested around 1800 grafts and a density of around 30-40 grafts per cm 2. This seemed a little bit on the low side to me as I want to achieve a natural look with equal density to the rest of my hair if possible. I have attached some pictures and would appreciate any opinions on what type of density I should be aiming for a decent look. Thanks for your time.

It doesn't look bad so i would wait to see where it goes. I personally think 30 is too young and think closer to 40 is a better age range to have it done depending on loss.

pics aren't great...but that's arguably a mature hair line, not even male pattern baldness. Like Mrclean wrote, I'd wait too.
1800 seems insane to me. You'd be restoring your hair to your teenager years. That's a terrible precedent that will require surgery every 8 years to keep up with, and you'll be out of hair to transplant before 50.
