    Minimal growth at 6months FUE

Hi everyone! So I had my 6 month check up today with my doctor and he didn’t seem satisfied with my current growth rate. He mentioned it is growing where he made his incisions but some of them haven’t sprouted just yet. I am assuming I am a late grower (crossing fingers) but has anyone else had this experience? The doctor also mentioned he is willing to do a touch up for me at no cost which made me skeptical that my original procedure didn’t go well. I feel like I see some small fine hair coming in but I don’t want to confuse it with vellus hairs since it looks similar to the hair on my forehead lol. If anyone has any advice or a similar
    experience, please let me know!

The procedure was done June 8th. Sorry for the gruesome pics! The one picture with my hair parted is 6 months and 1 week post opp. I am currently on minoxidil and viviscal. They claim they planted roughly 1500 grafts. I wish I had better pics to post.

The downside to FUE is it is more difficult to extract grafts straight from the head with a punch because its unpredictable where the graft really is. The chances of shock loss to the transplanted grafts are greater than with standard FUT.

Check out my FUE thread. It has month by month updated photos.

I had a scar from ear to ear from 4 x HT's in my mid 20s. I'm in my late 30's and like some men the HT didn't work out as I wanted it. Last year I had a trichophytic procedure done to decrease the size of the scar. Unfortunately no previous photos of the scar prior or post trichophytic. Last month out of curiosity I shaved my
