    combing over balding crown

My crown is balding (actually its pretty bald except for small thin hair).
I'm looking into a HT but in the mean time whats the best way to somewhat hide it. I try to comb over it but my hair must be thin because you can still my bald crown from mars. The problem is that after a while the hair that I try to use to cover my crown gets stringy and sticks together and this realy opens the doors to the bald spot. I don't want to wash my hair every day. What can I do guys? Does gel work? could I get some practical advice.

    Thank you.

Search a bit regarding Hair Systems, you'll be amazed at how good results are. Transplants (sadly) won't give you the end-result you're expecting, mate =/

      1) I believe hair transplants are effective
      2) I'm aware of Hair Systems
      3) You didn't remotely come close to answering the question I posed.

Can anyone give me some practical advice here.

      Thanks.

My hair naturally swirls in the back, so yeah, I comb in such a way that the thinning spots are covered by hair...sprinkle in a little Toppik, strong hold hair spray and it's pretty good concealment. I do hate how well that stuff works, by the way...it has me hanging on to my remaining hair for dear life.

That said, this is the same style I've had pre-significant balding, so I wouldn't recommend someone just start a comb over like that. It'll be obvious what you're trying to do. If it's basically gone back there, I wouldn't try it.
