Getting an FUE after having an FUT? With the same surgeon?

I should probably know the answer to this, but if you've already had an FUT, is there a reason to have an FUE for a second HT, or is it sensible to have another FUT?

I'm seriously considering a second procedure, and I'm very happy with my first (which was FUT). If I had a second procedure, I'm edging towards FUE. I don't really know why, perhaps because it seems less 'invasive', also I'm looking to add some density, so it kinda feels like plucking a few hairs from out the back and putting them on top is all I want/need!

Is it a good rule not to use the same surgeon for FUT and FUE? I'm very happy with my first procedure, so would want the same surgeon, but I don't know if it's possible for them to specialise in both.

    Thanks guys.

If the doctor is good at FUT then there is no reason why they wouldn't also be good at FUE. There certainly isn't any kind of rule that you shouldn't use the same surgeon.

Thanks, I'm really just looking at/considering adding some density, I'm happy with the hairline.

Typical case of 'hair greed', even if it was just a couple of hundred hairs transplanted from the back to up top, that would make me happy, but I worry that something will go wrong, and I'll lose all that I've gained, because I got greedy. So if I were to have another HT, minimising risk of losing what I have would be my highest priority.

Its just advanced techniques of hair transplant where there is no treatment help, the doctor uses FUE or FUT techniques to get rid of all hair problems of this patients.

This clinic also provides FUE and FUT Techniques.
