If I had penny for every one of these will MPB be cured threads id be rich. The answer is no one knows so this whole thread is pointless speculation and arguing. If MPB has never been cured id say its unlikely that it will be anytime soon with how complicated it is. Yes there will be better treatments in our life times.
No cure and no better treatments in our lifetime?

I've been on hair loss forums since 2004 when Intercyrex was going to cure us "in 4-5 years". 13 years late, and I won't say I've given up hope... Instead I'll say that I'm ready to face reality. No cure is coming anytime soon. You have learn to live with it.Comment

When Tsuji is saying a 2020 commercialisation target, you say nothing will come soon. If you know nothing please do research before talking BS.Comment

That's a good attitude. Me, I'm almost 50. Why I care now, who knows?
I would need a time machine, or plastic surgery to fix my ugly face. On the other hand,
I really do care. Don't know why. Acceptance is probably the best thing for baldness.Comment

I'm sure in 100 years there wont be bald guys walking around. Not much good for us though. Here's another glimmer of hope:

Hair transplants from a good clinic are really good. Pretty close to a "cure" I'd say. I went from a Norwood 5 to Norwood 2 with a thinning crown. Not perfect but pretty good I'd say.Comment

Tsuji having what he's working on commercially available by 2020 is absurd. He said they'd be doing trials in humans by then. He can't talk about commercialisation dates for something he hasn't even shown is possible yet.Comment

Proof? Sources? Or you just talking out of your ass? Researches in Texas discovered the cells responsible for hair loss and greying. They will cure it sooner than you think.Comment

No cure in our lifetime???? Just for perspective, you guys realize they are doing the first body transplant this fall right? That's right, they are sticking the head of one person, on to a body of another.Comment
