Greetings,
Here is a patient of mine who is age 30 and received 1553 grafts via FUE to the frontal scalp. The grafts were extracted by me personally with a 0.8mm punch.
The patient received a conservative hairline because of the fact that he will experience much more hair loss of native hair in the future and I want to ensure that we have enough donor hair to keep up with the continuing loss.
The patient opted for FUE because he is in the military and needs to keep the sides and back short and did not want a linear scar showing through.
