post artas smoking and sexual activity

I have a had an artas hair transplant and would like to know when can i start smoking and when can i have sexual activity.. And if anyone can help me with giving me some instructions on how to shower the donor and the grafted area

Smoking is terrible for post-op healing, in case anybody doesn't know that. It kills capillaries. Not trying to step on your thread, but guys need to understand. If you're a smoker, that's a possible strike against you being a good candidate for surgery.

To wash your hair after surgery, avoid direct contact with the shower spray. Use a plastic cup to pour water over your hair (whenever the clinic says it's okay to start washing your hair).

The best thing that you can do is keep the smoking at an absolute minimum. Oxygen in blood supply is crucial for graft survival. Sex is something that can be addressed by your clinic. Shower pressure should be avoided, so you should pour water on the head instead.
