Readers may recognize this fellow from previous posts. He sent in an update.
Briefly, he'd had a poor experience at a large multicenter group and complained of a sparse hairline and wide donor scar. He visited from out of the area and we excised his old scar and did about 1500 grafts which really bolstered his hairline. He emailed in a few updates and then at a little more than 2 years out, visited for a few hundred FUE's to help with a few areas of new thinning. He's currently on meds and sent in a self pic, which I cropped off his face, recently showing a really nice result.
Pictures of him initially, at varying time frames out to his 2 year visit, and then a 3 year pic are shown.
He certainly doesn't need anything else now, but given his genes, I wouldn't be surprised to see him down the road.
