Hi TheTruth, You have likely experienced and initial shed which is not uncommon when starting any new hair loss treatment. I would recommend riding it out for 4 + more months as only now with the tide start to turn and regrowth be starting.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to reply, I am useing aindeem a generic version of fin, it's been around a month now my hair has gone greasy the hairs that are falling out are lifeless I don't know if I'm having a bad response to the tablets, is there any way I can check this e.g blood tests, also if I do switch to actual Propecia and not generic will that affect me thanks

No test - The best thing to do for peace of mind in my opinion if your questioning the legitimacy of meds is to get on 1mg Propecia or 5mg Proscar ( cut it up )

Ok, this seems to be the answer from everybody that I talk to, I went to see a derm yesterday I have a massive amount of sebum. On my scalp she thinks it's telegen effluvium any ideas? It could be that I'm not a good responder to fin? I have read that this is common in some peaple
