Question about the famous brain fog.

    Hello everyone,

I just started taking propecia in a very careful way:
    0.25 mg every second day.
I already took it like 2 years ago for 3 months and stopped due to the fear from future side effects.
    anyway now I'm back.
The things is, it's been a week now and for the first time I have this weird feeling in my head, no matter how much I sleep or drink water, I have some pressure in my head, plus some beeping in my hears, and I can only guess this is the well known "Brain fog".
I've been around the forums for almost 6 years, been through many many treatments, including RU, and no this is not my imagination,
I've never had any libido issues thank god, and that's the only thing apparently, that I've had.

    Now, my question is this:
brain fog - is that a thing that can pass with time? or the only way to make it disappear is to stop taking propecia?

If there's someone who has been through this, it'll help.
On the other hand If you're going to take Rafiki's job and say "It's not in your head, it's in your mind" then go inject yourself some ricin and tell me how it was.

    Thanks.

Ok. No one helped me...but still, I'm a good person.

Just wanna tell everyone who started fin lately and got brain fog, that it CAN GET BETTER WITH TIME.
Do not lose hope, start taking it slowly with 0.25 every two days, or even if you take it everyday, don't give up.
I felt like shit the first week, like I was in a hangover the whole day. Then after almost 2 weeks, I've got to admit it's getting better, a little better all the time.

It's not perfect yet, but I can live with it.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It is helpful for me as I am considering getting on Propecia.

Can I ask you why did you stop using RU? Any sides?

I got some brain fog after starting RU, but it's probably just lack of sleep.

I stopped propecia because it was not comfortable at all.
I have long hair, so I was pretty sure that like 90% of the ru wasn't really absorbed well,
plus all that mixing stuff is shit.
You never know if the ru you just got is pure, not broken etc.
Although I know people that RU worked and is working for them greatly.
If you're comfortable with it, go for it.
I'm planning a trip to india and I can't really imagine myself in Rajasthan mixing ethanol with propylen glycol, saying to some strange indian guy "Do you see something floating?"

          So..
